Our luxurious and spacious bedrooms are located on the second floor of the building with magnificent views of the traditional Hiiumaa beach landscape.
If you have not paid the entire accommodation directly on our website, then a 30% advance payment confirms your reservation. After making the reservation, you should receive an e-mail with the necessary information. The rest of the payments can be made in cash or by card on the spot.
If canceled 2 months prior to arrival, we will refund the advance payment 100%, if one month earlier then 50%. If we find new customers, we will try to refund the entire prepayment regardless of cancellation time.
In case of later cancellation or no-show, the advance payment may not be refunded.
We speak Estonian, English and Russian.

- up to 5 years - free;
- 5-12 years - 10€/breakfast;
- 12 years and older - 18€/breakfast.
If you wish to order breakfast, which is not already included in the accommodation price, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you!
During the season there is 3 nice restaurants (IiuMekk, Vetsi Tall and Lest & Lammas) and one small shop located in Kassari. The nearest larger grocery store (COOP) is located in Käina, 7 kilometers away.

Attic Room

Designed and furnished minimally, with only everything you need for the best vacation. This room got a new look in the spring of 2021, after renovation. The room is warm and cozy to ensure a pleasant rest and good sleep.

One of the most spacious rooms, where a family of four can rest comfortably. The room has a comfortable pull-out sofa. The large skylight overlooks the picturesque bay.

One of our most romantic rooms. Just relax in the tub, leave your bathroom door open and enjoy the sunset view over the bay.
Premium Room

One of the sunniest rooms, which was renovated in the spring of 2021. You can greet the morning sun from the bathroom window and in the evening you can enjoy the play of colors of the setting sun over the bay in an armchair.
Superior Room

This room is majestically designed with a big round-table and two comfortable armchairs. Start your morning with the cup of coffee without even leaving the room.
Deluxe w/Sauna

This room situates on ground floor, on a spot where there once used to be a massive grain dryer oven. It is spacious with and extra private entrance. The room is equipped with a beautiful fireplace, and an electric sauna.
